Vedriti oils are extracted using traditional wood-pressing methods, without chemical solvent extraction or unnecessary refining, helping preserve the natural character of the oil.
Natural oils can vary slightly in colour, aroma, and thickness because seeds, nuts, coconuts, and seasonal batches naturally differ. This is normal for minimally processed oils.
Vedriti cooking oils can be used for everyday Indian cooking such as tadka, sautéing, curries, frying, roasting, and other suitable recipes according to the individual oil.
Store the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and excessive heat.
Because these oils are minimally processed and natural, temperature changes can affect their appearance or thickness. The oil generally returns to its usual consistency at normal room temperature.
